Who is responsible
Digital Interactives is an initiative of Sertek Exhibitions, operated by Sertek Mühendislik Ltd. Şti., the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@sertek.com.tr; +90 (312) 359 22 22. Correspondence address: Ostim Technology Park, Cevat Dündar Cad. No: 1/97, Yenimahalle, Ankara, Türkiye.
Enquiries and technical information
The form sends your name, email, optional organization and exhibit selections, and message to our team at info@sertek.com.tr through our Bluehost email account. Enquiries are not saved to a website database; copies are held in our email system. A necessary session cookie (di_contact) protects the form, and keyed network-address hashes limit abusive submissions.
We use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting project. Contact details are needed to respond; organization and exhibit selections are optional. Please do not send sensitive information or children's personal details. This website is intended for people planning exhibits, rather than collecting information from children who use them.
Our hosting and email providers process technical information such as IP address, requested page, browser and request time to deliver and secure their services. This notice describes the website; any data handling by installed exhibit software is addressed separately in the project scope.
Why we process information
We process enquiries to take requested steps towards a contract and, for business representatives and general correspondence, for our legitimate interest in responding and conducting business. Security processing supports our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Records required by law are processed to meet legal obligations. Optional Analytics relies on consent. Where applicable, these grounds correspond to KVKK Articles 5 and 6 and GDPR Article 6; we do not request special-category data through this site. Sending an enquiry does not require accepting Analytics.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits and browser/device information to help us improve the site.
Accept analytics and Reject analytics are available in the banner. You can reopen it using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops Analytics, removes accessible first-party _ga cookies and reloads the page if necessary to unload the tag. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We store your choice, its date and the notice version locally in your browser under di-consent for 180 days. The site asks again after expiry or a material consent configuration change. If enabled with consent, GA4 uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers; our tag limits their lifetime to 180 days. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. We do not send enquiry fields to Analytics. Browser cookie duration is separate from Google's server-side data retention.
Providers, videos and international processing
Bluehost provides hosting and email delivery. Our authorized team handles enquiry correspondence.
YouTube embeds load only after you press Play, using youtube-nocookie.com. Before playback, the poster is served by this website. Playing a video connects your browser to Google/YouTube and its privacy terms apply independently of Analytics consent. See Google's privacy policy and information about partner sites.
Our team operates in Türkiye; hosting, email, Google and YouTube processing may involve other countries, including the United States. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the provider, service and your jurisdiction. Contact us for information about the transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry details or share them with third parties for their marketing.
How long information is kept
We retain enquiry correspondence while needed to answer the request, follow up an active proposal and manage the resulting relationship. Applicable tax, accounting or legal-claim requirements may require longer retention. Once there is no continuing business or legal need, information is deleted or anonymized; backup copies are isolated from routine use until removal is possible. These criteria follow Sertek's published retention approach rather than a fixed period for every enquiry.
Form security uses a session cookie. Rate-limit entries cover the previous hour and are cleared on subsequent submissions after expiry. Hosting-log retention is managed by the service provider.
Your rights and contact
Under KVKK Article 11, you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about its use and recipients, request correction or deletion where the conditions are met, and ask for recipients to be notified of those changes. You may object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Where GDPR applies, rights may also include access, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. Conditions and exceptions depend on the applicable law. We do not use this site's enquiry or Analytics processing to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
Send requests to info@sertek.com.tr or the correspondence address above. We may need proportionate information to verify identity. You may use the applicable complaint procedure with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority or, where GDPR applies, your competent supervisory authority.
Images and application guides
Images include marketing visualizations and video-derived exhibit views. Case Studies describe potential venue applications unless a specific completed project is identified. We update this notice when the site's processing changes.
